NYC Shine In A Minute

While I was perusing Superdrug, I came across an offer that caught my eye straight away, 3 polishes for £5 of the NYC collection. The polishes retail at £1.79 per bottle, even though it isn't a huge saving, who can resist new polishes? Now, I don't own any NYC polishes so I was slightly weary to whether I'd be wasting my money or not, however three colours easily jumped out at me in helping to prepare for autumn which meant I couldn't really say no.

Upper East Side
Parma Violet
Velvet Chic

The colours look like they go really well together, and definitely fit in with the current autumn trends. There's something about neutral nails I can't resist; no matter what time of year it is.
NYC Shine in a Minute claims to dry in 60 seconds, now I didn't exactly time it, but waiting time was not long at all, although the shine wasn't as good as I was expecting, so I topped it off with Model's Own hypergel top coat (for extra shine and colour protection..)

I'm really glad I purchased these polishes as it appears to be of a high standard and is quick and easy to do. Even if the polish isn't long wearing with respect to chipping, for the price of the polish I would have no complaints. The brush is a long flat brush which is also a major plus in my book as it makes painting nails effortless.

There is over 20 colours in the collection, so I will definitely have to keep popping into my local store to see if any other colours take my fancy.

Have you tried any of the NYC Shine in a Minute collection?
