Milani Conceal & Perfect Foundation

Milani was a brand I had always wanted to try, but was never able to get my hands on. Then I recently found out they had a UK website and I was straight on their website to place my order. In the spur of the moment I decided to pick up their Conceal & Perfect foundation without even a quick Google search for reviews (I know.. crazy right?!).

I picked this up in the shade 05 Warm Beige - with the help of Findation and seriously, if you've not came across this website you need it in your life! You put in the shades and brands you currently wear and it recommends which shade you are for a large amount of brands and many different collections!

You get 30ml in a bottle for £9.99 which is on par with drugstore foundations. Milani claim this is a full coverage foundation which combats dark under eye circles, redness and any other skin imperfections. I believe this foundation also comes in a range of shades too!

I feel like I have a love/hate relationship with this foundation. As you can see the bottle is nearly empty. However, I hate glass bottles for foundation because I believe this causes a lot of waste! The consistency of the foundation is rather thick, however that doesn't necessarily mean it is a better full coverage foundation - I have pretty red natural cheeks and I don't see much difference in coverage between this and my Boots No7 foundation. I find because of the thickness I seem to go through this bottle much quicker than any of my other foundations - which really sucks as I don't want to be buying a new bottle every 3 weeks!

Yet for some reason I still reach for this foundation ALL the time. I love the finish it gives, I find it lasts a reasonably long amount of time during the day - even though it is thick, it feels quite lightweight when applied so it doesn't ever make me feel cakey, especially when my skin is at it's driest.
