Morphe 35K Palette

After purchasing the Morphe 35T palette (review and swatches here), I just knew Morphe Brushes palettes where always going to be a staple piece in my makeup collection. It had been a while so I decided to treat myself to the 35K palette, in preparation for Autumn. If you've already saw the palette, you know the shades in this palette are perfect for the next few months of the year.

A delivery mishap and a few days more to wait and eventually I was the proud owner of this beautiful palette.

You get 35 shades for less than £20 - it is incredibly how good value for money Morphe palettes are! I still see myself as a newbie for eyeshadows and I definitely still play it safe with my eyeshadow looks, so I thought this palette was perfect for me with all the neutral shades, and just a hint of colour. Another reason this palette appealed to me so much is due to the shades on blue which feature in it. I've never attempted to use blues before so it also gives me a little chance to step outside my comfort zone and experiment if I feel brave enough!

This palette lived up to my expectations set by the 35T palette as the shades were incredibly pigmented. Similarly, the shimmery shades were so creamy based and apply effortlessly. I definitely feel like this palette has slipped under the radar in the blogging/beauty community - I've barely heard it receive any recognition yet it should be something that everyone is talking about!

I'd be so suprised if this didn't become a cult favourite for AW 16. The palette just appears to be suitable for any kind of eyeshadow look you want to wear and I can't wait to try my hand on creating a beautiful smoky eye look! Especially with my new Smoky Eye Duo Brush.

My favourite line of the palette has to be either 1 or 4, as they're shades I could see myself wearing on a daily basis to work and university. Unforunately, line 5 will probably receive the least attention as it's shades I won't often reach for!
