L.A. Girl Pro Conceal HD Concealer

When I was on the hunt for a new concealer, I took to asking my lovely twitter followers and I received lots of helpful suggestions, but a brand that kept popping up to try was LA Girl. I decided picked up 4 shades of the Pro Conceal HD Concealer which meant I had to trail the internet for the various different stockists that had the four shades in which I wanted.

The hardest part of buying these concealers was trying to find the right shade match online. They do so many different shades that you're bound to find a one suitable for yourself but it just takes a lot of hunting. I had saw these concealers get used a lot for sutble contouring, and so I picked up the shade Almond to do this. Next, I couldn't decide which shade was light enough to be a normal concealer hence buying both Natural and Creamy Beige. On swatching when they arrived, I decided Natural would be better for my skin tone and Creamy Beige would be perfect for lightening the under eye area. Lastly I picked up the Orange Corrector which is used to help cover dark under eye circles which I have been wanting to try for a long time.

I have a love/hate relationship with the applicator though. I love the fact it is a brush meaning you dont have to take more brushes with you etc, however, I really dislike it's a squeezy product, it makes for a lot of waste and it's quite difficult to distribute the product evenly.

I'd probably purchase the concealer again but as for contouring/illuminating these products are just not for me.
